Architectural Precedent Xian (A) Living house – Penda Architecture Key concept  Xian is an old city with a long history in the middle of China, and this city has a typical feature of traditional Chinese old town which is having a moat at the outside of town. Draw-bridge is the only way to connect the outside area. Xian Living house is a public space for events. Moreover, at the middle of this building, this project applied fold-able elements for separating people or providing more flexible space to conduct more types of activities. For the facade of this design, it contains the traditional elements, a moats and draw-bridges. All doors can be fold down like draw-bridge to connect the surrounding of this building. Then getting into the interior of Xian Living house, the inside space is divided into three areas by fold-able wooden boards. Architectural Precedent Vijayawada Garden Estate Apartment – Penda Architecture Key concept  Vijayawada Garden Estate is a high-rise residential project which belongs to Pooja Crafted Homes. This project mainly focused on green living building, and creative spaces. Penda Architects is the project designer. Nowadays, high-rise apartments is becoming the main-stream way for people and it can effectively reduce the impact of the shortage of urban living space caused by the increasing population. After the trend of mass-production in architectural industry, architects should consider space flexibility and individualism become again. Architectural Precedent Pavilion France, 2015 Milan Expo.   Key concept France Pavilion in 2015 Milan Expo can be simply regarded as agricultural wooden building in a reversed landscape shape. This contorted ceiling abstractly described the natural terrain of France. A ll crops are planted on the ceiling, the huge free-standing space and several entrances under the roof allows people to access from every direction. First of all, the theme of Milan Expo in 2015 was “Feeding the Planet, Energy for life”. Because of that, the geological diversity of France’s food identity inspirited those architects from X-TU, they considered that those natural resources shaped the landscape, climate regions, the method people use the land, other cultural products and cuisine in France.
